Our
normal terms and conditions are as follows:
All
major credit cards are accepted, MasterCard, Visa,
Discover, American Express, and Debit Cards. We accept
checks with Texas Drivers License if you are known by
the auction company. If you are purchasing a titled item
or piece of Heavy Equipment (Car, Truck, Boat, Fork Lift
etc.) you will need to have certified funds (cash or
wire transfer) before you can remove your vehicle and
receive your title. If you believe you will be spending
over $2,500.00, it would help to bring a bank letter of
guarantee.
All
purchases have a buyers premium of 12% with a 2%
discount if you purchase with cash or check or debit
card.
There
will be certain auctions where these terms may change.
When there is an Auction with a change it will be noted
in the Auction Calendar and explained prior to the
Auction Sale.
There
will be auctions held at different locations and at
these auctions we normally stipulate payment with check
or cash only. See the listing in the calendar to
determine the location of the auction and the specific
terms which will apply.
